How we use your personal data
Last updated 27 September 2026. This notice explains what K-DEMS Consulting Limited collects when you use this website and our free assessments, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Who we are
K-DEMS Consulting Limited is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16372820. Contact us about your data at ademola@k-demsconsulting.com.
What we collect
When you take a free assessment we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, role, organisation and LinkedIn profile address if you give them, your answers and the score we calculate. We also record whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, when you agreed and the wording you were shown, and how you found the assessment. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there.

We never sell your data, and we do not make marketing calls or send texts unless you separately agree to them.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run this service: Google (Google Workspace, where your record is stored and emails are sent), Netlify (website hosting) and Calendly (booking calls). They process data on our instructions. Some are based outside the UK, so your data may be transferred internationally under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment records for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you did so, so we never email you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To use any right, email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
